Housing Assistance

Find your new home

College is an exciting time for students and finding a place to live can introduce you to the freedom and responsibility that is part of the learning experience.

Choose your community

Sault College’s growing presence in Southwestern Ontario means that you have options. With locations in Toronto and Brampton, you can choose to live in the community that works best for you and your program.

Off-campus housing options can vary depending on which city you are in. You could find yourself in a Toronto apartment building, or in a Brampton townhouse.

These websites will make your housing search easier:

Please ensure that you examine the housing options carefully before selecting a location.  There is also helpful information available on the government of Ontario’s website. Read and ensure you are familiar with your rights and responsibilities: https://www.ontario.ca/page/renting-ontario-your-rights.

The Brampton Sault and Toronto South West Campuses do not provide residence or housing accommodations. Students are responsible to arrange their own accommodations, with the support of the campus housing teams.

Brampton Sault Campus and Toronto South West Campus students in need of housing assistance, please fill out a housing assistance form: https://www.trioshousing.com.

Our Students Services Coordinators are available to provide guidance and assistance.  If you have any questions, please contact:
